Zoobiquity lives up to its title. In addition it is a fun read which was hard to put down.

The takeaway message is that doctors could benefit a lot from listening to veterinarians and zookeepers and researchers studying the lives of animals in the wild. People are animals too.

The chapter on all the effects of bacteria in our guts was particularly interesting. This deserves a while book. Does anyone know of an accessible interesting book on this topic?
