The Holden Age of Hollywood -- What a great, fun read! A fabulously witty, fun, intelligent, emotionally-charged ride through a life in Hollywood and the Hollywood life. A great commentary on how movies are made, but not just that. A wonderful cross-hatching of satire, loss, coming of age, a love story, and a mystery search for "the one writer who doesn't want to be found" -- all with a modern film noir feel. Easy-to-read page-turner that is also smart and multi-leveled. Highly recommend.
