The best part of this book is the new Afterward by the author, don't get me wrong, I liked The Vision but it was slightly lacking.

I hadn't realized this was a reprint till after my purchase because I grabbed it on the fly during a lunch hour and didn't register the 'with new afterward' part on the cover but I would have probably picked it up anyway.

The Vision is about a clairvoyant that assists police with solving murders and participates in college studies while writing books and newspaper articles, she's a busy bee! She and her hubby are looking into a string of murders when the murderer seems to be fighting their investigation via attacks by poltergeist.

I figured out very, very early who the ultimate villain was and that colored the rest of the book for me but all in all a quick and fun read. This novel will not stand up for the regular Koontz fans.
