I hated everything about this book. This book was nothing more than a boarding school story about a spoiled rich kid who complains of being treated unjustly. The author clearly intends us to sympathize with this annoying non-entity, yet I simply could not do so. The mass of humanity in this world is being subjugated by the nobility, and I am supposed to feel sorry for a young noble because he might get kicked out of his rich boy's school? Not likely. Furthermore, the social structure based on birth order could never actually work if it was followed as rigidly as the book claims.
