I didn't get to finish this before we moved and I had to return it to the library. I might try to check it out again. It was interesting in that it explained how aging effects various parts of your body. The explanations were clear and simple. The authors are a bit irreverent and crude at times. After a few chapters it was beginning to wear on me.

After they explain how aging works they tell you how to 'fix' it. Usually that involves supplements of some sort. I'm not sure how many pills you'd be taking by the end of the book. Some of the advice I could agree with like eating more fruits and vegetables. Some I just didn't buy - like drinking 6 to 8 cups of coffee a day to help with memory.

From what I did read I'm not sure this is "the source" for information. I'd read it with a grain of salt and study up before making any changes.
