Read from August 16 to 19, 2012

When I first read this book, I wasn't too into it. There was something about the characters that were annoying, but I stuck with it, and eventually, I realized I really enjoyed this. A young girl is being cyberbullied by her classmates and she turns to a woman who works at a research center for help. The woman has her own issues, as she has a daughter who is estranged. There is also a subplot that involves a diary of an Irish Servant. I had a few small issues, mainly that the book took place in 2010, and there was NO mention of Facebook. It seemed rather unrealistic that the kids would not even be on it. I do work with teenagers and most of them have a page, or at least one of the adults should have had one. But I liked the book, and was glad the ending wasn't a copout.
