The most recent in Lackey's Elemental Masters series is set in Wales, opening a new set of mythical creatures to add to the stories along with unpronouncible names. I read this book in hardback but was wishing I were reading it on my Kindle with its handy dictionary. As always with Lackey, the characters are eminently likeable. Tthe women are strong and the men are good looking. The bad guy in this book was not as creepily bad as in other books. The plot was interesting--definitely not a cookie cutter plot. I read it in one day and thoroughly enjoyed it. A good quick read for fantasy fans.
