King at his best. The first and last contributions to this collection are the best. In 1922, the title of the first story, there's a very creepy scene involving a rat and a cow. Yes, you read that right. Of course, that's in addition to the other macabre touches to that piece. In A Good Marriage, I found myself breathing hard when the wife goes to look in the box. You'll see.
