I just couldn't read this book without thinking how cheesy and how fake it felt. Nearly every line that starts with 'oh Levi!' and 'thank you!' made me cringe, the writing was completely amateur and parts of it felt like wannabe twilight. I felt that I had to be stupid to actually read it without criticizing every plot twist. Charity is too weird a character for my liking. She gives a very unbelievable reason for not speaking out about her stepfather, also Levi seems too good to be true. Predictable Cheesy and Blah,It may appeal a bit more to Christian Readers due to the spiritual aspect in Charity's character, but not my cup of tea.
