it was amazing
bookshelves: fiction

I never read Harry Potter before because there was something about people lining up at midnight to buy it that bugged me, like what the heck kind of kids' book could be so dang obsession worthy?! That and todd used to work at Barnes and Noble and would have to deal with indignant Harry Potter fans looking at him like a Blast Ended Skrewt when he didn't know what they were talking about....

Harry Potter = literary crack. can't...stop...reading...
I just started the whole series -- read Book 1 a few weeks ago cuz I had a copy of the first 2 books and the kids program at church this summer involved Harry Potter so i thought i'd catch up a little and check it out so i'd have a working knowledge of what the heck the kids were talking about for once (does that make me sound old?!), and....yeah. I'm now nearing the end of the 4th book and going strong.
