really liked it

This is now the third Ishiguro book I've read. The man has a talent for writing about beautiful sadness. This has to be one of the saddest books I've ever read, but the world of the main character is so real and so carefully constructed that you participate in his denial of his own emotions. I wonder if there are really any perfect English butlers like this, or if there ever were.
