This is the first volume of the adventures of a tiny lost kitten who cutes her way through the pages and through the hearts of the family that finds her.

Yes, I just used "cute" as a verb. There is no other way to describe what little stripey-looking, gape-eyed, jumpy Chi does. She's a tiny fool who realizes items like "prey", "soft thing", and "nice place". The saga opens with Chi getting lost in a park. She is found by young Yohei and his mother. They take Chi home and things progress from there. The story is told in small episodes, most of which detail the every day thoughts of a small spastic kitten. Some of the vignettes focus on Chi remembering her mother and siblings. Those are a little sad. Sometimes the drawings are so cute that my heart wants to explode.

This is a goofy entry into Manga. If you're looking for something that's tentacle-horror free and good for any age, then Chi's your kitty to read about.
