    <body><![CDATA[I thought this book was ok.  I read it after my augmentation because I really wanted to change the way I looked and felt about myself.  Jeremy read it first, and liked it.  He teaches weight-lifting 101, a healthy eating plan, and aerobics. Very simple, but very motivating. Quick, easy read that is sure to energize the most slothful person to move their body.  ]]></body>
