Excellent concept that probably would have worked better as a poster or something. The ratios and their variants are solid, but I'm not sure if it was necessary to make a whole book about them. If there were "index cards" or a poster that could have been detached from the book and kept around as reference, it would have been worth an extra star on the review. I'll probably wind up making the cards myself for future reference. I liked that you could scale the ratios up or down. I was making A COOKIE or two instead of dozens - this allowed me to work on the flavor profiles and experiment and then scale it up when satisfied - very useful!
