This was one of those books that held my interest, but I kept worrying it wouldn't, which makes for an uncomfortable read. Definitely clever and intriguing in many ways, but it had the strange feeling (for some as asset for for me disturbing) of a blank character moving through a nearly blank space. I admired more than liked this.
