Vanity Fair is such a modern feeling read for such an old book. I laughed out loud when Thackeray first introduces us to her. A girl with modern sensibilities so real I wanted to whisper in her ear and just let her know that she might need to be a bit more discreet,.......It's a big book and a big read but so well worth it.
