As good as, if not better than, the print book. Kate Rudd is a fantastic Hazel (and every other character as well). John Green does the Author's Note and Acknowledgements himself, and there's a Q&A with him at the end.

Katiarai I love Kate Rudd, she's such a great narrator! She and Luke Daniels are two of my favorites.

Jenny What else has she done? What about Luke Daniels? Recommendations please! I'm listening to YA audiobooks pretty much exclusively since my commute is so short.

Katiarai She did Tithe (and its sequels) by Holly Black, which is YA. She's done a lot more, but I haven't listen to them yet.

Luke Daniels does the Iron Druid series which is adult fantasy, but on the light/quick listen side. He's incredible with accents.

Oh speaking of great YA audiobooks, The Looking Glass Wars series is also really entertaining. I want to say Gerard Doyle read those.
