Charming and funny for the first 150 pages or so, then rapidly descends into repetitive angst about the author's faaaaaascinating dilemma of North v. South. When she finally emerges from her navel to make a decision, it's done in a spectacularly boring fashion. Book also contains cringe-y date rape jokes and references to "trannies."
That said, girl can really write, and I cannot in good conscience give it fewer than three stars.
