Does it make me a wimp if I cried while I read this? No, I think not. I believe it means I'm a mom and I worry about whether I'm doing enough or doing it right. This very short little book is like a big pat on the back from a dear friend. Or a hug, but I'm not a real huggy person. I loved her advice and humor and inspiration.

I've read two Emily Watts books and I so appreciate her realism. She never comes off as perfect or condemning. She's real. And she has some good ideas on how to be a better person and how to like yourself no matter where you are.

Highly recommended.
