it was amazing

I watched the MTV show and was hooked. I fell in love with the characters especially Tina. I was so heartbroken when they announced they canceled the show.I heard the show was based on a book and decided to give it a shot.

I loved it. I actually like Jason better in the book than I did on the T.V version. I think I felt more of a connection to who he really is than I do to when his character is on screen. I laughed out loud so many times. The book is told from a guys point of view and he seems like sort of a tool but hes actually not a bad person.

The strongest part of the story for me was the friendship between him and his neighbor Patty an old hippie woman. They had some sort of odd and beautiful connection.

I am usually a sucker for romantic books and chick lit so I expected myself to hate this book told but I did enjoy it very much.
