This book is about a young teen mother whose baby died. So in order for her to pay off the funeral expenses. She does some things that are really low so she can get money. I learned that even though I’m young there are jobs that I can get to make money. You can work at a restaurant or in a mall as a clerk. Instead of selling your self to people that don’t care about you.

Lanier Sounds like a tough read, and yes, too true that there are plenty of options to not just making ends meet, but living without compromising your morals or values. It's too bad that some people feel so trapped into a corner that these options don't seem viable.

Great job!
