A rare thing - a sequel or companion book that may be even better than the original! Gidwitz again takes fairy tales - in all their original disturbing goriness - to build a novel length narrative. Images of bloody, vomitus death and gore make this book suitable only for 5th and up , IMO, and it is not for sensitive children. But kids looking for scary should look no further. My one quibble, I do think many child readers may get confused by the narrative now and then.
