Bob Redmond Hey Meaghan! Let me know what you think of this... I almost invited him out to b-shoot last year w/ Lydia Lunch, but we ended up doing something else (plus, Lydia was in Italy). Hope NY and the new job are treating you well!

Ted M. I didn't like this at all. Several vulgarities later, Phil was able to articulate that he thought I was being a child about the whole thing (who's being what now?) and I offered to read Dogrun, which was pretty much the same book.

All in all, I bought the book because I was 13 and the title said "Fuck" in it.

Meaghan I actually really liked this book, and not just because "fuck" is in the title. Well, "like" is a strong word. Engaged is more appropriate. I like that I could vaguely sympathize with the narrator, even when he made really ridiculously stupid decisions, but when he suddenly became a vagrant I was completely surprised and appalled. I also like that this was my subway book, and the story made me more aware of the grittiness of my morning and evening commutes. Great book to read, especially whilst living in New York.
