    <body><![CDATA[I wasn't trying to transform my body the way most people are when buying this book, but the health and nutrition advice is invaluable. There are even a few pages in the book made up of columns divided into healthy carbs, vegetables/fruits, and proteins, and how many of each to take in to be perfectly balanced. You just choose one from each column and you have a healthy meal! This is perfect for anyone who wants to make an overall change, and not just focus on problem areas (which doesn't work anyway, as you will learn in the book)! ]]></body>
