This edition of the In Death series is a one-two punch! Not only does the continued development of Eve and Roarke's relationship provide bunches of sexy romance and entertaining conflict, but the crimes Eve's investingating in this book are challenging, interesting and timely, since they involve terrorism in New York City.

Eve and Roarke continue to butt heads as Eve tries to come to grips with the fact that she's really married, and that she's absolutely crazy about Roarke. Having spent so much of her life alone, avoiding any emotional connections with anyone Eve just doesn't know how to reconcile this new status of her life. This leads to some bad choices and some disputes with Roarke, who's also a strong personality and has his own baggage. The two of them keep trying to get their balance and we get to go along for the ride, a very entertaining ride.

I never get tired of these books. I can't seem to get enough of Eve Dallas.
