In this volume, we get Saki Hanajima's back story and find out how she became friends with Tohru and Arisa, and Yuki meets his fellow student counsel members--they're kind of weird! Arisa's got a love interest, and Tohru and Kyo have some sweet moments at Shishou's house while Shishou faces down Kyo's father. Then there's a funny little side story at the end where the gang decides to tell scary stories. I like this volume a lot--cute moments, sweet moments, funny moments, moments that remind us of the dark times to come...I forget how much I like this series sometimes, but rereading this one reminded me!
