Why Spencer Perceval Had to Die: The Assassination of a British Prime Minister

Excellent. Many times reads more like a fine police procedural than a history text. Also provides reasons behind the War of 1812 (Britain's prohibition of the slave trade, economic war and trilateral trade agreements, European recession, etc.) that most Americans are probably not familiar with but are NOT digressions from the main subject at hand. Worth the time.
