    <body><![CDATA[The book's title may be a little misleading. It should say &quot;The Mindful Way through Negative Thinking&quot;. It's well written and gives guidance not just about negative thoughts and depression, but a perspective that our thoughts and feelings are not 'bad', it's how we react to, think about, and or over analyze them that gets us into trouble. The book then provides methods for becoming aware of what is going on in the present moment for exactly what is happening, not merely what we are imagining is happening. A mindfulness meditation CD accompanies the book along with text to explain how to do mindfulness meditation for beginners.]]></body>
