Friedman argues that globalization has gone through three phases: Globalization 1.0, where economy is in the hands of strong nations; Globalization 2.0, where economy is in the hands of strong multinational companies; Globalization 3.0, where economy is in the hands of creative connected individuals --the creative commons. That is how Europe and US starts to fall down and India and China is rising.
