This is a really surprising and entertaining read. Eat the City reminds me of Fast Food Nation but it is also unique. Who would think that New York, one of the most densely populated places in America, would be so connected to agriculture? The honeybees and the sugarcane are only the beginning. This is a definite must read for all foodies.
