Ah, now that's a little better. Speaking of a little better, after reading this for the second time, I found this a little better than Homeland. Granted, these books are pure camp. They are supposed to tug at your heart strings, but this one gets the closest. These books are surprisingly cinematic as well. I don't want to see them made into movies, though. They are pretty much just pulp fantasy, but they have pretty decent characters. The action is pretty vivid. Pretty much, if you want to start a game up, and it's been a while since you played, read these. The descriptions of events remind me of some of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Even though Salvatore gets his action inspirations from his days as a bouncer, I think he'd make a killer DM.
