it was amazing
bookshelves: fiction, drama

This story is simply marvelous. Very, very British, in a good way. There are a whole bunch of memorable quotes from it, and Oscar Wilde's dissection of the vanity of the upper class makes for a perfect subject for a book. The main characters in this story are people that you hate to love and love to hate. Especially the first half of the book consists of some of the finest literature that has ever been written, I believe.
