This book was a good read for parents looking at learning not only how to communicate with their children more effectively, but how to teach them how to communicate with each other, as well. It has fun cartoons and illustrations of examples showing the right way vs. the wrong way to handle situations, and there are chapter overviews that really put things into perspective with simple text and bulleted points to help you remember key information. My only problem with this book is that there is so much information, that I need to constantly look back on the book after reading it to remember just how to put things into play.
