While for the most part, I am against the new 52, Batman remains a strong character. This issue is very well portrayed. Batman is shown his 2 great sides: the relentless warrior of Gotham & the man who is compassionate. The drawings were vivid and well-colored, and the plot was eye-catching and intense. Bruce's journey to pull Damian, his son, into the light is touching and gripping. You can sense Bruce's anxiety and Damian's rebellion. A very good issue.
