This romance suspense novel is a fascinating read. Mrs. Cooper weaves a passionate story of love renewal for self-reliant women trying to heal from past heartaches. She reminds us that past love choices don't have to color your confidence in your own 'happily ever after'.

Dallas Marcel is a beautiful, intelligent, independent, investment manager that refuses to believe she's capable of finding a love that won't suffocate her career goals. It's an opinion many women embrace after an agonizing end of a damaging relationship. Some people believe `time heals all wounds' but Mrs. Cooper shows readers some cases call for the right man to restore what was broken.

Tyler Hollister is everything a woman could ask for; he's tall, handsome, witty, wealthy, and intelligent. He could have any woman in the world but his heart is set on Dallas. No matter how many times they argue or have misunderstandings, he's her constant --there when she needs him the most...loving her pass her pain.

You'll enjoy the dialogue, characters, and locale favor of Chicago and Milwaukee in 'Blue Roses'. (I personally can't wait to visit Milwaukee next year and see the city for myself.) The minor characters will have you looking forward to the sequential novels in the Reunited Series. I'm rooting for Quinn Hamilton's story to be told next. His love for Alandra was too strong to ignore the possibility that she could be nearby. But then again, Dallas' little sister Harmony Marcel is due for some happiness after being manipulated by cruel, cold-blooded con man.

'Blue Roses' will have you wondering if good-looking men will arduously pursue women that build 12-foot walls with barbed wire around their hearts. The answer is yes, but as Mrs. Cooper reveals, you must eventually trust a possible mate with your emotional scars. Dallas and Tyler face a ruthless plot to destroy Dallas' career in this novel, while dealing with their strong passionate connection. It becomes a real page turner once she returns to Chicago, so be ready to DVR any television shows once you get to chapter thirteen.

Purchase 'Blue Roses' and be riveted by the characters, intrigue, and passion Mrs. Cooper delivers. Dallas and Tyler have great chemistry and a foundation of friendship that made their love story so believable.
