Ha, Inspector Slash is hilariously sexist. This book is great.

Alex 67%, "There were reporters in the garden." Gone Girl is obsessed with reporters, of course, but it's an interesting little side note that the theme was discussed as far back as this.

Speaking of Gone Girl, it's unfair to compare it to Christie, but this is why it's a four star book. Christie has this effortless charisma about her writing; just a breezy, flawless mastery.
