Much like "The Kite Runner", this book was amazing.
I am amazed at how well the author is able to capture the details in his writing to make you feel as though you are there witnessing the events themselves. With both "The Kite Runner" and now "A Thousand Splendid Suns", I feel that though the stories are fiction I have gotten a sense of what it was like to live during the time of the Taliban.
I recommend this book to ev.ry.one. It was amazing.
