A reasonably entertaining memoir. I'd give it 3.5 stars, really. It's essentially just Finn's account of going to Kenya and training with the athletes there; I enjoyed his stories of the various people he met and talked with, and his children's experiences in a very new and different country, but he didn't really go into any depth - it's just his experience. Which is okay! But he's not a particularly stellar runner, so his own personal story is not particularly compelling.

It's just a journal, a diary, really. And if you accept it on that level - it's a good read.
