I don't think I have ever read a western before, and when I noticed the little sticker on the spine when I picked it up from the library, I admit I was a little hesitant. But a friend was reading it and loved it, so I gave it a shot. I'm awfully glad I did.

Eli and Charlie Sisters are hitmen on a mission to kill someone who's crossed their boss. But they're not ignorant, uneducated thugs. Eli is a thoughtful man, trying to figure out where he belongs in the world, and whether he even wants to be a hitman anymore. The reader finds herself rooting for the men, even though their line of work is rather repellant. The development of the relationship between the brothers forms the backbone of the book, and it's an interesting change to witness.

I really enjoyed this book.
