Good book about a girl who has been conceived specifically to be a genetic match for her sister who has leukemia--to be a donor of stem cell blood, bone marrow etc. She is now 13 and wants medical emancipaton from her family so she can make her own decision about donating a kidney to her dying sister. Interesting topic, complex characters, a little romance thrown in between the lawyer and the guardian ad litem, good twists and turns--and most of all the surprise ending--whoa-ho-ho!
