1.5 stars. So-so paranormal m/m romance continuing the story of Cole, an exiled sidhe who works for a secret, paranormally focused division of the NYPD. The case in this one was pretty weird, the "romance" didn't really work, and the sex scenes were p0rny and euphemistic. (Check out my status updates for specifics on the last.)

Chris Well, crap. Am I going to have to be the sacrificial reader on this one?

message 2: by Finn (new)

Finn Marlowe Looks interesting...I'm always looking for a good series. Would you recommend it (provided you've read the first 2)?

Chris Ummm.... Go read my reviews on them. :) Then my sacrificial reader comment will make more sense!

Nichole (Dirty H) Aren't you always?

message 5: by Finn (new)

Finn Marlowe Thanks, I checked your reviews. Sounded so good, and I loved the idea (like Psycop series), so.....maybe no.

Yeah, I love the concept, but the execution... I suspect I'll read this to see if it's improved.

MandyM Good grief!!

Chris LOL! So does that mean you're not going to read this one? ;)

Eva So I guess it's safe to say that even skipping over the cheesy sexy times, what's left of the book isn't all that good?

message 11: by Chris (new) - rated it 1 star
