Willow Lang is hired by Squire Shayne to restore his paintings, she is attracted to him immediately. Willow is half fae half human seer. She steers clear of all things fae due to bad experiences as a halfling child. Her father Desmond is missing, she is fighting monsters, finding relics, dealing with advances from men, and trying to figure out who she can trust. It seems like everyone she comes in contact with has secrets. She doesn't know who to trust. On top of all of that, an evil seelie fae, trapped in unseelie is trying to open a portal to escape and release all the evil unseelie into the human realm. Will she find someone to trust in, as well as helping the seelie, or will she turn her back on all of it. Great story, very interesting characters, several different love angles, and I really liked this book.
