Harlan Coben's "Live Wire" is the latest in his long-running Myron Bolitar series, and, like all of Coben's books, it's a quick and suspenseful read. Bolitar, a sports agent/detective, is hired by a former client to investigate what appears to be a simple case of cyber-harassment. Unfortunately, nothing is ever simple for Bolitar, as his investigation inextricably leads him to his long-estranged younger brother and a 20-year-old murder case. Add a famous rock star, some Mafia heavies, and a strange tattoo to the mix, and you get a typical Coben novel: always taking the reader to unexpected places.
