I absolutely loved this book! One of my physical therapists recommended this book to me as I am recovering from a severe crash and would like to regain my previously active life. It was a miracle that Matt survived and a testament to his will to live that he was able to not only recover from the accident but thrive. Matt's injuries were worse than mine and his story gives me hope that I can achieve all of my physical goals as well. I highly recommend this to not only those dealing with tragic injuries but to everyone who needs a dose of motivation.
