For bookworms only! If you are one or more of these things:
- English major
- Bookworm
- Bibliophile
- The kind of librarian who loves fiction

Then the Jasper Fforde Thursday Next books are for you! He's a clever writer. The style is surreal and fast-paced and fun and sometimes I'm not sure what's happening, but I have a glimmer of understanding that keeps me intrigued.

In the first Thursday Next book, The Eyre Affair, Thursday saved Jane Eyre (but modified the ending - a controversial move). In this book, it's Poe's the raven and Miss Havisham from Great Expectations and a number of other titles, too.

These books are strangely wonderful. You might love them; you might hate them. I love.
