I really enjoyed Jenna Bennett's "A Cutthtroat Business" series - so I was pretty sure I'd enjoy this one as well.

I was not disappointed. What happens when the Greek god of love falls for a mortal girl - a girl he thinks wants someone else? A fun, sexy story, that's what. Bennett creates characters that breathe off the page, mortal and immortal both. And the setting of Astoria, NY is the perfect place to be the playground of the Greek pantheon (why do so many stories place the Greek gods in New York?).

I resisted reading romances for a long time - maybe because the ones I read in the early 80s were lacking the thing that makes books worth reading - a story. This one delivers a great story with just the right amount of steam. A thoroughly enjoyable read for a day on the patio or a night in front of the fire!
