This book is an Auto-Biography about an indian woman growing up in Guatemala. She faces many obstacles in her life like sexism, racism and death. This is a book with many imagery and sad stories. But i think she exagerated many events in the story to try to prove her point. I think she doesnt deserve to win the nobel peace award because she wasnt honest and made up some stuff. A person doesnt need to lie in order to get people's sympathy. Anyways, even though she exagerated things in her story i still felt bad for her.
