What Looks Like Crazy on an Ordinary Day (Oprah's Book Club) by Pearl Cleage
This is a book about second chances. When the main character discovers she is infected with HIV she spends a summer with her sister in Michigan before heading out to San Fransisco to spend the rest of her dying days. In Michigan she finds her self hated by many but in the middle of the towns problems. When she meets some one from her past she starts to rethink her ideas of falling in love. It is a short book so it is a fast read with a great message on life but not needed to be at the top of any "must read" lists.
