it was amazing

** spoiler alert ** The first thing that pulled me into the series was the amazing cover art. I love the covers and trying to piece how they fit into the story.

Okay, so if you haven’t already read this book it is about a girl – Kylie Galen - that is sent away to a camp for ‘troubled teens’ or that is what she thought. As it turns out Kylie is one is many people that are special and have powers; the only downfall is she doesn’t know what she is yet. In this book Kylie goes through many changes and questions herself about her abilities. Is she a Vampire? A were? Maybe something else? Not only is Kylie puzzled but so is everyone else around her. The supernatural people have a ability that lets you see what another person is, and although Kylie only learned how to use it, she has closed her mind and blocked anyone from seeing what she is.
(sorry this is sort a recap from the first book)
Anyways! This book a lot happens, Lucas reappears, and Derek leaves and also broke things off with Kylie. She is confused and lost in the world of relationships. And yet another ghost?! Again the ghost was no help at all as Daniel was; she kept going on and on and on about saving someone, yet ever with some ‘clear’ messages Kylie didn’t find out till the end who the ghost was talking about and how she was supposed to save. Towards the end of the book Kylie is kidnapped and man it’s just so much drama, but is this drama wakening feeling for Lucas? One can only hope.
(this book made me sort of not like Derek!!! If you can tell)
