Manybooks I enjoyed the first few of this series and then it kind of grew a bit stale. The later ones really emphasise the forest people and their pagan ways, not bad, but sometimes I felt like Alys Clare was trying to convert me to Wicca. They are enjoyable, but not as good as Ellis Peters or even Susanna Gregory.

Laura thanks Gundula. Since I heard a lot about Clare's books, I wanted to have my own opinion on her work.

Manybooks Laura, I have a bunch of the series, not all of them, but quite a number. They are definitely not reread books for me, so if you are interested, just send me your address, and I can send you the books.

Laura are you sure? I live in Brazil...

Manybooks I know that, it's no problem, as long as you don't mind me sending the books surface mail, I've sent stuff to my nieces in Germany as well. So, if you feel like it, send me your address, and I'll try to get package of some of the novels together.

I think I have about six of them, mostly some of the later ones. The earlier ones I read and then gave away, but I have not done this with some of the later ones.

Laura thank you so much Gundula!!
